An active lifestyle is an important factor in maintaining good health and vitality. Throughout the years, I have helped my clients recover from numerous workouts, competitions, and the occasional injury. Some of my clients range from world class athletes to the enthusiastic weekend warrior. Sports massage reduces the chance of injury by relieving stress points in muscles before they result in restrictions or spasms. It also increases range of motion and flexibility resulting in improved power and performance, reducing recovery time.

As an athlete, I recognize the importance of massage. I also participate in road races, enjoy snowboarding and tennis, and play the occasional game of golf. I understand the impact that injuries have on our daily lives as well as our emotional state. Therefore, the goal for my clients is to maintain a well balanced, active lifestyle that can be enjoyed throughout their lifetime.
