| What should I do before and after my session? |

It is recommended that you drink plenty of water before and after your
massage therapy session. By doing this, you make it easier for your
muscles to hydrate and give the body plenty of fluids to wash out
toxins that are pushed out of the muscles during the massage. It is possible you will experience soreness after your session. The soreness should be similiar to how you feel a few days after a good workout. If the pain continues or become severe, please contact us immediately. Many people experience less discomfort in between their sessions as they continue regular massages. We recommend our clients to keep notes of how they feel mentally and physically in between sessions to remind them how they are improving from their sessions. |
