| What should I do before and after my session? |

It is recommended that you drink plenty of water before and after your
massage therapy session. By doing this, you make it easier for your
muscles to hydrate and give the body plenty of fluids to wash out
toxins that are pushed out of the muscles during the massage. We also recommend that before you start your session, you use the restroom so that you don’t have to interrupt your session. During your session, slow and deepen your breathing, allowing your body to soften more and more with each exhale. After your session you may feel very relaxed. Some experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity which can last for days. Allow yourself a good night’s sleep after your massage and let your body fully regenerate and revitalize. |
