Our Therapy Belief

We believe in using advanced techniques in our practice in conjunction with swedish and deep tissue massage. Each technique has a unique healing element and when blended with other therapies, we find the results to be more effective and faster reacting. Our overall approach is Somatic: meaning “of the body.” We use this term to describe our body/mind or whole-body approach as distinguished from a physiology-only or environmental perspective.
